Karl Ulrich is an experienced attorney-shareholder at Sebaly Shillito + Dyer, a position held since January 1991. In this role, Karl represents and provides counsel to both for-profit and not-for-profit entities, focusing on corporate, labor, employment, and immigration matters, while also negotiating and drafting various business and employment contracts. Prior to this, Karl practiced at Morrison Hecker Curtis Kuder & Parrish from June 1986 to January 1991, specializing in business litigation and representing federal banking regulators and lending institutions in various legal matters. Karl holds a J.D. from Notre Dame Law School and a B.A. in History and German from Lakeland University.
