Kelley Rodriguez has a diverse work experience in the field of GIS and utility management. Kelley is currently working as a Senior Consultant at SSP Innovations, LLC, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Director at Cognizant from October 2021 to August 2022.

Before joining Cognizant, Kelley worked at Puget Sound Energy as a Senior Outage Management System Analyst from April 2020 to September 2021. Kelley'sresponsibilities included managing outage management systems and providing analysis.

Prior to Puget Sound Energy, Kelley worked at Southern Company as a Senior Application Analyst from January 2019 to March 2020. Kelley'srole involved maintaining and supporting ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal) and leading projects related to ArcGIS governance. Kelley also managed user access, security, and licensing.

Before that, they worked at Atlanta Gas Light as an Account Executive from January 2006 to May 2007, where they marketed natural gas services and managed customer relations. Kelley also worked as a GIS Analyst from February 2002 to January 2006, where they developed and implemented a work management system and provided GIS support and training.

Kelley Rodriguez obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from the University of North Alabama, which they attended from 1996 to 2000. During this time, from 1998 to 2000, they also acquired a GIS Certificate in the field of GIS. In addition to their academic qualifications, Kelley Rodriguez holds a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification, which they obtained from Microsoft in March 2022.
