Krista Barth is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in overseeing HR operations and technology. Currently serving as Vice President of HR Operations at SSM Health since 2018, Krista manages HR Technology, Reporting & Analytics, and HR Shared Services. Prior to this role, Krista held positions including Director of HR Technology & Operations at KMB System Solutions, and CEO/President at Laird. Krista's expertise encompasses global HRIS management, team leadership, vendor relations, and project management, with a strong focus on optimizing HR systems and processes. Krista began their career in human resources at Edward Jones and CitiMortgage, progressively advancing through various HRIS roles. Krista holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology from the University of Missouri - St. Louis and an Associate's degree from St. Charles Community College.
