Hattie Maguire has lived in Salem Township since 2004. She is a Michigan State University graduate with BA in English, and an MA in Curriculum and Instruction and is a certified English, History, and Spanish teacher. Currently, in her 20th year as a public school teacher, she believes wholeheartedly that libraries are a powerful center in a thriving community. She and her husband Patrick have two children, Charlie and Molly. They enjoy camping and engaging in any outdoor activities they can find.
