Erica Lindewald serves as the Vice President of Global People & Culture at SSI Strategy since January 2024, leading the Human Resources function in a newly merged company and focusing on HR process evaluation and cultural integration. Prior to this role, Erica held the position of Global Head of People & Culture at NDA Group AB, where strategic HR development and executive leadership support were key responsibilities. From May 2012 to January 2020, Erica worked at Baxter International Inc. as an HR Manager, where notable contributions included the successful integration of Gambro. Earlier experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Waterhouse Real Estate Investment Oy and various positions at VVO, alongside strong educational foundations in business and staff development.
