Tracy Bowers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and business development. Currently, Tracy manages projects at SSI Shredding Systems, Inc. and oversees business development at RDF&P INC, while also serving as the owner of RDM Development, LLC since June 2017. Prior to these roles, Tracy held the position of Construction Coordinator at Skanska USA and served in the US Army. Tracy holds an Associate's degree in Construction Management from Portland Community College.
