Pauli Haikonen is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in managing IT systems and teams across various organizations. Currently serving as IT Manager at SSH Communications Security since September 2018, Pauli previously held leadership roles at Nordea as Leader for Employees and IT Service Manager. Additional experience includes IT Manager at Dream Broker, where responsibilities encompassed managing internal and production IT systems and overseeing operations and information security. Prior roles also include System Manager at Fortum, where system alignment with business needs was prioritized, and key positions at Hewlett-Packard, F-Secure Corporation, and the Finnish Defence Forces. Pauli holds a Master of Science in Network Technology and Software Systems from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, completed in 2009.
