Jonah Faulkner is currently serving as a Community Liaison Officer at SSE Thermal since September 2023, focusing on building positive relationships between the company and local communities. Previously, Jonah worked at the 3 Counties Energy Agency (3cea) from May 2021 to October 2023 as an Energy Engineer, coordinating the SEC program and managing community-led projects, and also held the position of Junior Energy Engineer, providing energy services across various sectors. Jonah's earlier experience includes a role as Development and Partnership Manager at Natural Forces Renewable Energy Ireland, where public engagement and relationship-building were key responsibilities. Jonah earned a Master's degree in Sustainable Resource Management: Policy and Practice from the University of Limerick (2018-2019) and a Bachelor of Science in Earth and Ocean Science from the University of Galway (2013-2017), complemented by a Certificate in Energy Community Development from Technological University of the Shannon (2022-2023).
