Stacy Feldmann is an accomplished Senior Regulatory Manager at SSE plc since May 2018, focusing on wholesale markets and thermal generation for the SEM market. Prior experience includes roles at Ofgem from April 2010 to December 2016, where responsibilities spanned from Senior Policy Analyst for Gas Distribution, overseeing gas theft policy, to managing statutory dispute resolution for Electricity Distribution and initiating the first Distributed Generation forums in 2011. Early in the career at the Commission for Energy Regulation from October 2008 to April 2010, Stacy contributed as a Graduate Analyst on security of supply monitoring and developed Secondary Fuel obligations while supporting business continuity during the H1N1 pandemic. Stacy holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Social Studies from Trinity College Dublin, earned between 2002 and 2006.
