Rachael Connor is an experienced Employee Engagement Consultant currently at SSE plc since July 2024. Previously, Rachael held the position of Employee Engagement Lead at SSE Airtricity from November 2022 to August 2024. Rachael's career at SSE plc began in February 2015 as a Facilities Manager, followed by roles as Facilities Coordinator and Facilities Assistant. Additionally, Rachael worked in a receptionist and administrative support capacity for the business sales team at SSE Airtricity from March 2014 to February 2015. Rachael's educational background includes attending Methodist College Belfast from 2005 to 2012.
