Ashley Morrow has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Currently, Ashley is working at SSE plc as the Head of Brand, Advertising & Sponsorship - Energy Customer Solutions. Prior to this, they held the position of Interim Head of Brand, Advertising & Sponsorship - Energy Customer Solutions at SSE plc. Ashley has also worked at Bank of Ireland as a Brand & Sponsorship Manager, Responsible Business Forum Chairperson for NI, and a Sponsorship & Development Manager. Additionally, they have experience as a Senior Account Manager at Jago Communications and as a Senior Communications & PR Specialist and Communications Officer at Liberty Information Technology. Earlier in their career, Ashley started as a Communications Graduate at Caterpillar Inc.

Later, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organisational Communication at Ulster University from 2009 to 2013.
