Jennifer Mitchell began their work experience at American Eagle Outfitters in 1999 as a Store Manager and stayed with the company until 2010. In 2010, they started working at Aeropostale as a Store Manager until 2012. Then, in 2012, they joined SSC Service Solutions as an Assistant Manager, later becoming a Unit Director in 2015.
