Xenia Ellis has extensive experience in various roles within event management and production. Xenia is currently the Chief Inspiration Officer and Co-founder of Club OCO / SSC Club, a position they have held since November 2019. Prior to that, they founded EbruArt.eu in December 2014 and LittlePanda.cz in July 2013. In 2011, they founded and served as the Managing Partner of MSB EVENTS. From 2009 to 2015, Xenia was the Co-founder and Managing Director of IC ENERGY in Prague. Xenia also worked as a Conference Director for Marcus Evans from 2005 to 2009, overseeing the production of business conferences and workshops. Before that, they were an International Conference Producer for Infor-media Russia and a Senior Event Coordinator & Consultant for Business Events Management. Xenia'scareer began in 2000 as a Conference Producer for the Analytical Center for Business Development. Xenia's early experience includes working as a PA to the Sales & Marketing Director at International Trading Ltd. from 1996 to 1998.

Xenia Ellis obtained a Master's degree in Management, Economics, and HR from the International Academy of System Studies from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Specialist degree in management, economics, and HR from the International Personnel Academy from 2000 to 2003.
