Ari Pikkuaho has extensive experience in the steel industry, having worked for SSAB and its predecessor, Rautaruukki Oyj, for nearly four decades. Ari served in various roles, including Development Engineer, Manager of Surveys and Customer Data Management, and Superior of the Competitive Intelligence function, where responsibilities included overseeing customer surveys, developing CRM processes, and managing customer data systems. Ari is recognized as an expert in plasma and gas cutting, and has expertise in customer analysis and technical support for steel products. Educationally, Ari holds a Master of Science in Technology with a focus on Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oulu.
