Shalini Yadav is a results-oriented professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management and customer experience. Currently serving as Manager CRM at SS Group since August 2020, Shalini previously held the position of Assistant Manager CRM. Prior experience includes working as Assistant Manager Customer Experience at Ireo Private Limited, and a brief tenure as Sales Manager at Geetanjali Homestate Pvt Ltd. Shalini's career began with an internship as an Operation Executive at MedMap India. Education includes pursuing a PGDM in Operations and Marketing at IIlm University for Business and Management, and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering from St. Wilfred's Institute of Engineering and Technology. Shalini also completed high school education focused on Basic Skills and Developmental/Remedial Education at Sanskar Sr. Sec. Public School.
