Trishala Singh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and software engineering. Currently serving as a Subject Matter Expert at SRM Technologies since March 2024, Trishala previously worked as a Consultant at Cartesian Consulting, supporting CRM activities for a major retail client through machine learning solutions. Prior to that, Trishala held the position of Senior Software Engineer at TIC Group, focusing on exploratory data analysis to address business challenges in retail accessories and reverse logistics. Additional experience includes roles as a Business Analyst at EXL, where analysis of healthcare data was performed, and as a Technical Operation Analyst at IBM India Pvt Ltd, working on customer logic management for Airtel Bharti. Trishala earned an MS in Software Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science.
