Samat Koishibayev is a Consultant Geologist at SRK Consulting since April 2018, specializing in geological modeling and mineral resource estimation across various project stages. Key responsibilities include preparing project proposals, budgets, and technical reports, as well as designing and supervising exploration programs and implementing QA/QC procedures. Samat also has experience as an Intern in Geology at Bapy Mining in 2017, focusing on the exploration stage of the Zhuvantobe greenfield near the Bapy iron skarn deposit, where trench and core logging, as well as core and channel sampling, were conducted. Samat holds a BEng in Geology and Exploration of Mineral Deposits from Kazakh-British Technical University and a High School Diploma in Physics and Maths from Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools.
