Gerhard Keyter is an experienced geotechnical engineer currently serving as Principal Geotechnical Engineer at SRK Consulting since March 2019 and Director at KEYTER AGRI since October 2013, focusing on budgeting and business management. Previous roles include Chief Design Engineer and acting Chief Design Engineer for the Polihali Diversion Tunnels and Transfer Tunnel projects within the Lesotho Highlands Water Project, as well as Associate Geotechnical Engineer at Aurecon South Africa, where responsibilities encompassed various geotechnical designs. With a solid foundation in rock engineering from positions at GeoStable SA, Knight Piesold, and De Beers Venetia Mine, Gerhard Keyter holds a Master’s degree in Soil Mechanics from Imperial College London and several professional certifications in rock engineering.
