Adam Nott serves as the General Counsel for SRK Consulting in North America, focusing on legal and risk management across Canada, the US, and Mexico. With over a decade of diverse legal experience, Adam Nott has previously held roles as a lawyer and advisor, providing legal services for Canadian businesses and international clients. Adam Nott has also served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Blue Energy Canada Inc., as CEO of RNS Fuels Ltd., and as an associate at Davis LLP, where Adam Nott founded the Renewable Energy Practice. Adam Nott's educational background includes an LLM from the University of Victoria and a law degree from the University of Ottawa, complemented by taxation studies through CPA Canada.
