Sai Kumar currently serves as Principal - Investments and Senior Portfolio Associate at Yunus Social Business since February 2021. Additionally, Sai Kumar works as a Visiting Faculty in the Department of Management and Commerce at Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning from August 2021. Prior to these roles, Sai Kumar was associated with o3 Capital from May 2015 to January 2021 as an Associate, where notable advisory contributions included both sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions. Experience also includes a tenure at KPMG India from July 2012 to May 2015, holding positions as Consultant and Associate Consultant in Project Management and Technology. Academic qualifications include a CFA Level I certification from the CFA Institute in the USA and an MBA in Finance followed by a B.Com (Hons) in Accounting and Finance, both from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning.
