Neil Dias is an experienced attorney at law with a career spanning over five decades at the Sri Lanka Supreme Court. Since July 1967, Neil Dias has been dedicated to defending individuals in courts and tribunals, with a strong focus on human rights advocacy. Additionally, Neil Dias has served as the former High Commissioner to the Maldives and holds a Master's Degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law from Richmond College Galle. Throughout this extensive career, Neil Dias has consistently appeared on behalf of clients across all levels of the Sri Lankan judiciary.
