Ganindu Nanayakkara is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customs and technology. Currently serving as the Assistant Superintendent of Customs at Sri Lanka Customs since June 2019, Ganindu also holds the position of Inventor at iHelmet since August 2013. Previous roles include Visiting Lecturer at the Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technological Education (SLIATE) and Software Engineer at 99X Technology. Ganindu commenced a career in software engineering with a trainee position at IFS and has a solid educational background, which includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of Kelaniya, a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Curtin University, and a Diploma in Information Technology from SLIIT. Additionally, Ganindu has been engaged with Singularity University since 2015.
