Beloo Mehra currently serves as the Director of BhāratShakti at the Sri Aurobindo Society, a role held since March 2018, where the mission focuses on rediscovering India's spiritual essence to facilitate a renaissance true to its identity. In addition to this position, Beloo Mehra contributes as an Editor for Renaissance, a monthly online journal, as a Senior Academic Mentor and a Senior Associate at Sri Aurobindo's Action: Journal of Indian Resurgence. Since April 2015, Mehra has also been an Author and Contributing Editor for Matriwords, a platform dedicated to exploring the socio-cultural and political philosophy of Sri Aurobindo. Furthermore, since April 2013, Mehra has been writing a blog titled Beauty is Beloo's Footprint, focusing on the importance of beauty in various contexts. Previous academic roles include serving as an Adjunct Faculty at Antioch University Midwest and as an Associate Professor at the Sri Aurobindo Centre for Advanced Research. Beloo Mehra holds a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and additional degrees in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics and Sri Ram College of Commerce.
