Lori Troyer serves as the Human Resources Director at SRF Consulting Group since April 2015, overseeing all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration. Lori has held various roles within SRF, including Senior Human Resources Manager and Senior Recruiter, where responsibilities involved managing staffing processes across multiple locations, facilitating candidate assessments, and leading diversity initiatives. Prior to SRF, Lori was the Recruiting Director at The Advent Group, Inc., where leadership involved building candidate networks and consulting on employee relations and training. Lori holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
