Jacqueline Nowak is an experienced professional in transit planning and analytics, currently serving as the Transit Planning and Analytics Lead at SRF Consulting Group since February 2019. Previous roles include Transit Analyst III and Analyst II at the same organization, as well as a Performance Analysis Intern at Metro Transit where data analysis and visualization were key responsibilities. Jacqueline has also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota's Department of Civil, Environmental, and Geo-Engineering, and as a Research Assistant at both the University of Minnesota Transit Research Group and the Minnesota Traffic Observatory. Earlier experience includes a position as a Signal Operations Student Worker at the Minnesota Department of Transportation. Jacqueline holds a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs and the University of Minnesota, respectively, as well as a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
