Elizabeth Stolz possesses over 32 years of experience in traffic data programs, currently serving as the Director of Traffic Data Analytics and Monitoring at SRF Consulting Group since September 2024 and as the Owner of The Traffic Data Consultant, LLC since April 2018. Previously held leadership roles include Director of Traffic Data Programs at Marlin Engineering Inc. and Digital Traffic Systems, Inc., where key projects involved updating the Federal Highway Administration's Traffic Monitoring Guide and enhancing traffic data program delivery. Elizabeth also has experience in health and fitness, serving as a Master Personal Trainer and holding various positions in transportation consulting, where Elizabeth developed programs for non-motorized transportation data collection. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Adult Fitness & Exercise Science, an MBA in International/Global Studies, a Master's level GIS Certification, and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies.
