Harchand Bist has over nine years of experience in the banking and finance sector. Currently serving as a Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank since November 2021, Harchand leads the CE business in Chandigarh tri-city, Ropar, and all of Punjab, managing a team of four members. Prior to this role, Harchand was a Manager at SREI Equipment Finance Limited from April 2018, focusing on financing construction equipment and successfully enhancing business volumes through the addition of corporate channel partners. Harchand's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Deputy Manager at IndusInd Bank Ltd from June 2014 to March 2018, where responsibilities included heading asset sales for various retail products, managing branch relationships, and facilitating loan approvals and disbursements.
