Alfa Prakoso is an experienced professional in organization development and human resources, currently working at PT Sreeya Sewu Indonesia Tbk since August 2022, where responsibilities include implementing workload analysis projects to enhance operational efficiency in the FMCG sector and developing a centralized HR database. Prior experience at PT Mayora Indah Tbk involved managing people and organization development for ten beverage manufacturing factories, overseeing various projects related to employee performance, job descriptions, and talent management. Alfa Prakoso has also worked as a Human Resources Generalist at PT Nifa Persada Teknindo, focusing on recruitment and employee relations, and served as a Recruitment Specialist at Science Society, leading recruitment processes. Alfa Prakoso holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta.
