Roy Shulman has extensive experience in legal work related to technology and vendor contracting. Roy currently serves as the Special Counsel at SRD Legal Group, and previously held positions at Prudential Financial, Inc. and MetLife handling legal work for technology agreements, intellectual property, and vendor arrangements. Roy holds a JD from Brooklyn Law School and a BA in Business and Psychology from University at Albany, SUNY.
