Robert Jan Nauta is currently an Agile Coach at Squerist, with previous experience as a (Agile) Coach and Scrum Master at UWV. Prior to this, Robert Jan worked as a Functional Manager at Raad voor de Kinderbescherming and as a Test Manager at Zorginstituut Nederland. Additionally, Robert Jan served as a Works' Council at Capgemini and as a Senior Business Manager Information Technology at UWV. Robert also has a background in occupational therapy and education.
