Ayanna M. Allen, MSc, is the founder of Inspire Love Dream Education, effective June 2024. Since September 2014, Ayanna has served as a music professional with ASCAP, where responsibilities include being a voting member of the Recording Academy. At the University of North Texas at Dallas, Ayanna has been a professor of sociology since August 2019, delivering courses on topics such as sociology of family, social stratification, and race, ethnicity, gender, and class. Previous experience includes roles as an assistant sound designer and contributing artist at Salt Lake Acting Company, and a senior operations analyst at Goldman Sachs, where Ayanna contributed to key projects involving automation, risk mitigation, and data analysis. Prior positions include software applications design analyst at PDX, graduate research assistant at The University of Texas at San Antonio, and technical assistant at Braverman Terry Oei Eye Associates. Ayanna received a Master of Science in Sociology and a Bachelor of Arts in Multidisciplinary Studies from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
