Niels Stidsen is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Currently serving as a Partner at ASCA Capital Limited since September 2021 and a Member of the Board of Directors at SQUATWOLF since May 2023, Niels previously held significant roles at Deloitte, including Principal Director and Head of M&A Advisory for the Middle East from June 2018 to August 2021, and Director at Deloitte Corporate Finance Ltd. from January 2009 to June 2018. Earlier in the career, Niels was a Manager in Corporate Finance at Deloitte Danmark (2005-2008) and worked as a Controller Assistant at Carlsberg Nordic IT Service A/S in 2004. Niels holds a MSc in Economics & Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and an exchange semester at NYU Stern School of Business, alongside a BSc in Economics & Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.
