Congmin Fan is a quantitative researcher at Squarepoint Capital, a position held since May 2021. Prior to this role, Congmin worked as a machine learning researcher within the Quantitative Execution Services team at Goldman Sachs from April 2019 to May 2021. Congmin also served as a postdoctoral fellow at The Chinese University of Hong Kong from September 2017 to January 2019. Educational background includes a bachelor's degree in Information Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (2008-2012), a visiting student experience in Management Science & Engineering at Stanford University (2016-2017), and a PhD in Information Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (2012-2017).
