Chaïmae Bennis, PhD, is a Senior Consultant at Square Management specializing in R&D, focusing on People & Change since January 2022. Concurrently, Chaïmae serves as a teaching assistant at ESCP, delivering Human Resources Management courses. Previously, Chaïmae conducted doctoral research on operator ambidexterity in a digitalized factory at Michelin and Safran, under the supervision of Professors Géraldine Galindo and Hervé Laroche. Chaïmae has also contributed to BNP Paribas's People’s LAB intrapreneurship program and has experience in entrepreneurship consulting with OCP SA. Other roles include marketing and commercial responsibilities at Marjana Voyage and public relations internship at Urbacom. Chaïmae holds multiple degrees in management and digital transformation, with a PhD from ESCP Business School.
