Bonnie Baker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and finance management. Currently serving as the Human Resources & Finance Manager at Squam Lakes Natural Science Center since March 2022, Bonnie oversees human resource and financial operations, including payroll, employee benefits, compliance, and DEIA initiatives. Previous roles include Human Resources & Business Manager at Murley Contracting, Academic Operations Manager at Plymouth State University, and various positions in employee benefits management. Bonnie holds a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership and Non-profit Management, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Professional Certificate in Human Resources Management, all from Southern New Hampshire University.
