Kaisa Kallinen is a seasoned GIS professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as GIS Manager and GIS Lead at ARTC - Inland Rail since November 2017. Kaisa leads a technical team providing GIS solutions aligned with Digital Engineering processes, overseeing the development and operational strategies for GIS as a strategic platform. Prior to this role, Kaisa was the GIS Technical Lead at Aurizon, where responsibilities included leading the enterprise GIS implementation and achieving significant recognition for excellence in execution. Kaisa began a career in geospatial analysis at WorleyParsons and held the position of Spatial Analyst at Moreton Bay Regional Council. Kaisa holds a Master of Science in Surveying Technology from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan.
