Carrie Schmitt is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in labor relations and employee management. Currently serving as HR Manager at Prolec GE Waukesha since December 2018, Carrie previously held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at SPX Corporation from May 2013, where responsibilities included grievance resolution, recruitment, and employee engagement. Prior to this, Carrie worked as a Human Resources Specialist at SPX Corporation from May 2012 to May 2013, managing processes related to payroll and benefits. Carrie began the professional journey at American Superconductor from March 2009 to November 2011, supporting HR operations in an energy technologies company. Carrie holds a degree in Consumer Science, Human Resources, and Consumer Affairs from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, obtained in 2008.
