Peter Ryan is an accomplished legal and corporate leader with a robust tenure at SPX FLOW, Inc. since February 2006, serving in various capacities including Chief People Officer, General Counsel, and Vice President. With extensive experience in securities law compliance, corporate governance, and enterprise risk management, Peter has played a pivotal role in overseeing legal compliance for significant business transactions and litigation matters. As Interim President of the Food & Beverage division, Peter directed financial operations and strategic initiatives for a global entity generating over $800 million in revenue. Peter's career began at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, focusing on employee benefits and corporate law, complemented by a Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame.
