Kristen Riggs, DES, currently serves as a Senior Marketing Specialist for Channel Partners & Events at SPX FLOW, Inc. since January 2022, where notable achievements include establishing a mobile event program that generated $600K in revenue and $15M in open opportunities, as well as optimizing the global webinar program, resulting in 50 conversions and $125K in additional opportunities. Prior to this role, Kristen held the position of Marketing Communications Manager at Cefla, successfully hosting an open house event that achieved an ROI of $1.85M, and spent over a decade at Otto Environmental Systems North America, Inc. in various marketing capacities, contributing significantly to customer retention and lead generation.
