Mark F. Riedy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mark F. began their career in 1992 as a Program Manager and AV-8B Pilot in the United States Marine Corps, where they excelled in maintaining accountability for organizational assets and personnel. Mark also developed and fostered a strong safety program and climate.

After leaving the Marine Corps, Mark worked as a Program Manager and Flight Instructor at various organizations, where they supervised training, certification, and quality control processes. Mark F. also mentored and evaluated personnel and pilots, ensuring their professional development and adherence to standards.

In addition to their aviation experience, Mark has served as a Program/Project Manager, Operations Officer, and Marine Officer Instructor. Mark F. was responsible for establishing and developing procedures, policies, and organizational rhythm in a newly established Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps unit. Mark F. also educated and evaluated midshipmen to become effective naval officers and implemented risk management plans.

Mark has further utilized their skills in roles such as Doctrine Process Manager at The Joint Staff, where they conducted research, collaborated with others, and developed policies for joint military publications. Mark F. also managed the joint publication five-year cycle process and facilitated employee orientation and training.

More recently, Mark worked as a Program Manager and Senior Marine Instructor at Hampton City Schools, where they managed strategic planning and operational program development for the Marine Corps JROTC. Mark F. also directed the leadership development of cadets and assisted them in considering career paths.

Prior to their current position, Mark served as Deputy Program Manager at Patriot Solutions International, LLC, leading a team in researching, testing, and developing digitally aided close air support (DACAS) tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) for the Joint Force.

Currently, Mark is a Senior Program Manager at Spectrum Comm Inc, where they plan, manages, controls, and executes multiple DoD contracts/programs. Mark F. ensures cost control, deliverables schedule, stakeholder engagement, employee hiring, retention, and welfare. Mark F. also contributes to the business development team by assisting with Capture Management and Proposal research and writing.

Mark F. Riedy has a diverse education history. In 1991, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Aeronautical Science from The Ohio State University. Following this, from 2003 to 2006, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Aviation at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

In 2013, Mark attended Joint Forces Staff College, where they engaged in Military Joint Operations Planning and Strategy studies. In the same year, they achieved the Joint Qualified Officer (JQO) certification from the Joint Forces Staff College, National Defense University.

Mark has also completed professional military education at Marine Corps University, specializing in the United States Marine Corps. Furthermore, they hold a Commercial Pilot's License obtained from the Federal Aviation Administration in 1995.

Additionally, Mark has pursued professional certifications. In 2015, they became a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certified individual through the Management and Strategy Institute. Moreover, they obtained the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in 2018.
