Lydia O'Malley, PHR, is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Sprout Social, Inc. since December 2019, Lydia has been instrumental in enhancing leadership and career development opportunities, including initiatives tailored for senior leaders. Previously, Lydia held positions such as VP of Marketing and Communications at ATDChi and Opportunity Catalyst at HRHotSeat, focusing on member engagement and community connections.
