Kelsie Gillig is a co-founder and UX researcher at Spark Research Collective, where research expertise is applied to solve real-world business challenges through social research. Currently serving as a UX Researcher at Sprout Social, Kelsie advocates for users on the Brand Creative Marketing team to enhance brand experience and drive product innovation. Kelsie has an extensive academic background from The University of Texas at Austin, holding a PhD and MA in Anthropology, complemented by research on language and identity in Basque communities. Additional experience includes work as a Junior Instructor, Graduate Researcher, and Experience Strategist at Wunderman Thompson, demonstrating a strong foundation in mixed methods research and design thinking.
