Mohinder Mahal is an accomplished sales leader currently serving as the Head of Sales at SproutsAI, where leadership efforts focus on promoting the world's only GenAI-powered autonomous agents platform. Prior to joining SproutsAI in October 2023, Mohinder spent over 18 years at IBM, most recently as the Sales Leader for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, overseeing a team dedicated to Multi-Cloud and Hybrid Cloud solutions. Previous roles at IBM included SaaS and Cloud Apps Sales Leader and PreSales Technical Solutions Architect, where responsibilities spanned go-to-market strategies and technical solutions for major enterprise applications. Mohinder holds an Executive Education degree in Advanced Sales Leadership from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, an MS in Computer Information Systems from the ITM Group of Institutions, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
