Tim Hower is a highly experienced professional in the petroleum engineering field, currently serving as a Senior Technical Advisor at Sproule since July 2019. Prior to this role, Tim Hower was the Chief Executive Officer at MHA Petroleum Consultants for over two decades, from July 1997 to July 2019. Tim Hower holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Penn State University, completed between 1977 and 1983.
