Gaozong Yang is an experienced Service Designer and Operations Lead currently working at XP Health, a digital-first vision platform focused on enhancing the member experience in eye care. Yang also serves as an Optician and UX Advisor at Barti, optimizing their EHR system for improved user functionality. In addition, Yang is a Lead Game UX/UI Designer and Mentor at Sprintfolio, collaborating on a gaming project, while also contributing as a UX/UI Designer at Ceptor Club, focusing on gaming culture. At Big Red Film Studio, Yang leads the design of a dynamic website tailored to distinct user groups. Previously, Yang received extensive training in UX/UI design at General Assembly and held roles as a Licensed Optician at Rims & Goggles, Inc. and Lux Eyewear Palo Alto, where innovative client-focused solutions were implemented. Gaozong Yang holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from California State University - East Bay and a UX/UI Design Certificate from General Assembly.
