Deepa Dilip

Manager, Funnel Optimization at Sprinklr

Deepa Dilip has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Deepa started their career as an Associate in the Store Research Center at Target in January 2010, before moving up to become an Executive and then a Senior Executive in the same department. During this time, they were involved in analyzing store requests and merchandising patterns, collaborating with inventory teams, generating reports for internal webpages, and spearheading online resource enhancement projects.

In 2016, Deepa joined Hertz as a Business Analyst in Revenue Management and later became a Senior Business Analyst. Their responsibilities included analyzing revenue management data and providing recommendations for service level enhancements.

In 2018, Deepa joined WeWork India as the Lead in Marketing Intelligence, where they contributed to marketing operations and growth operations. Deepa then became the Senior Lead in Marketing Intelligence and eventually the Assistant Manager in Growth Operations.

In 2021, Deepa joined Freshworks as a Program Manager in Marketing Operations, where they were responsible for managing marketing programs.
