Alison Ortiz is currently employed as a Front of House team member at Sprinkles since February 2023 and serves as the Assistant Visual Caption Head at Timber Creek High School since May 2021. Prior to these roles, Alison worked at Walt Disney World in Attractions from June 2022 to April 2023. Alison is pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida – Rosen College, with an expected graduation date in December 2024, following the completion of an Associate of Arts degree from Valencia College in December 2021.
