Katy Olin is an Improvement Trainer at Inside Door, specializing in designing systems and facilitating improvement training. Katy is also a Co-Host on the Finding Yourself Single podcast, aimed at post-40 singles navigating life after divorce. Additionally, Katy serves as an ILP Education Specialist for Mathematics at Springs Charter Schools, motivating instructional teams and training staff to set intervention goals for at-risk students. Katy was previously the Founder/Partner at SweatNGlow Temecula and has extensive experience in educational technology and math coordination at Escuela Anaco and Colegio Bolivar. Katy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Villanova University and a Master of Science in Educational Technology from National University.
