Jonathan Brooks is an experienced Information Technology professional with a diverse background in technical support, cyber security, and network administration. Currently serving as an Information Technology Technician II at Springs Charter Schools, Jonathan performs a variety of tasks including server administration and troubleshooting hardware and software. As the owner of Brooks PC Solutions, Jonathan provides IT consulting and support services specializing in Windows and Mac operating systems. Previous roles include IT Support Specialist at Southwest Boulder & Stone, IT & Logistics Manager at Wood Mountain Christmas Trees, and Cyber Security Specialist at IntellecTechs, where Jonathan handled security documentation and compliance. Jonathan's career began in the US Air Force as a Cyber Transport Systems technician, laying a solid foundation in network infrastructure and user support. Jonathan holds a diploma in Networking from Kaplan College.
