Matt Rissmiller has extensive experience in the media and entertainment industry. Matt currently works at The SpringHill Company as the VP of Unscripted and Documentaries. Prior to this role, they were a Senior Director of Unscripted & Documentaries at the same company.

Before joining The SpringHill Company, Rissmiller worked at UNINTERRUPTED, where they held positions such as Director of Long-form - Films and Director of Production. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing the production of docuseries, stand-alone originals, and brand partnerships. Matt also served as the Showrunner for the docuseries "More Than An Athlete" and Executive Producer for the NFL docuseries "Draft Diaries".

Rissmiller's earlier experience includes working at ESPN, where they started as a Production Assistant and eventually became a Feature Producer II for the show E:60. Matt received accolades for their work, including two Emmy awards and multiple nominations.

Matt began their career at Penn State University as a Production Manager in their Intercollegiate Athletics department.

Matt Rissmiller studied Advertising at Pennsylvania State University, focusing on Communication and Media Studies.
